As the year is quickly coming to a close, I would like to wish you a very Happy Holiday Season and Happy New Year!  Thank you for letting me share my passion for healthy living and eating with you over the past year ❤️.

I look forward to sharing more of what I know with you in the coming year!

BUT before we say good-bye to 2023, I wanted to share with you 3 little cookie treats I'm cooking up for my friends, family, and holiday guests!

Yes, they do contain some added sweetness, but in the form of dates, honey, or coconut sugar and not in the amounts found in commercial cookies made with refined sugars.  What they don't contain are refined wheat flour (I use almond and coconut) or any added artificial flavoring or coloring - making them healthier and less inflammatory. And they are quick and easy to make.  No need to refrigerate or roll out the dough.

I hope you get a chance to enjoy one or more of these.  I'll be enjoying them in moderation during these last few days of 2022 (and maybe into 2023)!
