You will receive the support and guidance of a Certified Holistic Health Coach & Anti-Inflammation Specialist, in the company of other like minded individuals that are looking to improve the quality of their lives.

The "Feed Yourself Young" Master Program includes:
  • 6 DAYS of delicious, anti-inflammatory recipes, shopping list, and menu plan (Think of the money you'll save on take out and prepared foods. ????)
  • Prep Tutorial Videos with handy tips on how to chop and prepare ingredients that you'll be able to refer to during and after the program.
  • Group cooking session on Sunday to prep and make meals for the week.  Cook along with Evey and fellow members via Zoom.
  • Additional group interaction through Zoom meetings.  We'll meet 3 times during Week 1, with ample time to discuss the basics of the Anti-Inflammatory Diet and Lifestyle, learn lifestyle habits that might be contributing to your symptoms and how to avoid them, and go over the details of the program for Week 2.
  • Our Private Facebook Group where we can exchange ideas, support one another, and ask questions.
  • Ongoing contact with me via Facebook and email to make sure you feel confident and supported throughout the process.

What are the recipes like?
These are simple to make recipes, using few ingredients. Protein comes from legumes and seafood. There are enough meals with leftovers for 5 full days, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks each day. More information to follow!
