Hourly Sessions

This program is designed to help if you already follow a healthy diet and lifestyle but would like some assistance “getting back on track” or have a specific health aspect you would like to work on.  Support, health information, and eating and lifestyle recommendations provided.

  • 55-minute session on various health topics determined by client needs
  • Handouts, worksheets, planners, and activities specifically designed to help drive change if applicable

6 -Session Jump-Start Program

This program is designed to clarify your health goals and motivate you to achieve them.  You begin to learn the basics of clean eating and healthy lifestyle habits and the tools to follow through with this knowledge.  You to create change by working through key eating and lifestyle concepts with the assistance of weekly tasks. 

  • 6 one-on-one coaching sessions, 55-minutes each, via phone, video, or office visit
  • Suggested schedule:  3-4 weekly sessions, followed by 2-3 bi-weekly sessions or as determined by progress.
  • Handouts, worksheets, planners, and activities specifically designed to help drive change
  • Individual recipes and food suggestions to support specific goals, when applicable 
  • Healthy Guidelines and Information to support topics covered
  • Weekly Health Prescriptions to keep you on track

12-Session Master Program

Together we explore areas of resistance that serve as roadblocks to growth, and implement strategies designed to help you move forward with your health goals.  This 12-session package empowers you to consistently make the right choices toward healthy, sustainable lifestyle habits. You create change by working through key eating and lifestyle concepts with the assistance of weekly tasks.

  • 12 one-on-one coaching sessions, 55 minutes each, via phone, video, or office visit
  • Suggested schedule:  4-6 weekly sessions, followed by 6-8 bi-weekly sessions, or as determined by progress
