I want you to know that several people have told me how good I look. I had my annual physical last week, and the bloodwork showed the best results in a long time. Also, my doctor commented that for a person my age, he had not seen a patient that looked as healthy in a long time. I will have to credit that to our time together and the new diet that I'm on. I now feel like I'm in control again. My energy levels are up and I no longer feel like I need to take a nap every afternoon. I look forward to talking to you again in a week or so.

I’ve been sleeping great and come to realize how important it is to get in good habits and have good continuous sleep throughout the night. I am a very health-conscious 53-year-old woman. I was eating well, exercising, taking good care of myself and yet there was some element in my diet that wasn't serving me well. I have to admit, I'm not the cook in the family. I did the program with my husband who is! We both want to report that the foods were all delicious and the menu was great. Each meal was more filling than we anticipated. We were surprised we didn't use the snacks you provided. We were full and satisfied between meals. The idea of "resetting" my body is what attracted me to the program, although I knew, given my specific eating habits, that it could be challenging. Yes, it totally fulfilled my expectations! I lost 3 lbs! I think by day three I was feeling better - my stomach, in particular, felt much better, also I am already seeing that my stomach is flatter. I've learned that I actually CAN go gluten, sugar, and dairy-free (at least for a short amount of time), and it DOES make me feel better! And that eliminating processed foods is not as difficult as I thought.
For me, this program was great as it gave me a framework to work with and the jump start I needed to re-focus on my goals. While I know I cannot eliminate dairy and gluten 100% of the time (it just won't work for me to never eat pizza!), I did prove to myself that I could do it for a short period and that I feel better without having those foods in my life. The program helped me stop and think about what I was putting into my mouth - I caught myself checking labels to see if certain things are gluten or dairy-free, just out of curiosity.
Mostly, though, in just the past few days I've gained a lot of confidence that I can go without certain food groups and I will actually feel better in a short amount of time - so I can only imagine how I will feel if I can eat like this the majority of the time."

I joined the program this year because I realized something had to change in my eating habits. My goals were to limit eating foods that were causing my inflammation by selecting less-processed foods. I wanted to get back on track with my diet and eat a more whole-food and plant-based diet. The program did that for me! Just during this week my reflux stopped, the pain from my tennis elbow lessened, and my glaucoma pressure was down lower than it has ever been!
I love the overnight oats and pear banana smoothie for breakfast. Both kept me satisfied throughout the morning and I plan to continue making them. I noticed a change in how foods tasted too. This week I avoided the temptation to buy [a fast food meal] because it didn’t appeal to me like it used to. The fact that I had freshly prepared meals waiting for me at homemade my decision easy! The program helped me with prepping my foods so my meals were ready during my busy week. Now I am in the habit of doing this and plan to continue after the program is done. My plan now is to buy and clean my veggies on Saturdays and prep on Sundays. I plan to keep using fresh or frozen vegetables in meals, especially broccoli and green leafy veggies.

I am so happy with what I have learned from you! Since the [Harvest Your Natural Energy] cleanse, I have been eating healthier for sure! I am feeling very good. It was such a great experience doing the 10-Day Sugar Cleanse. My stomach isn’t upset like before. I didn’t realize there are so many sugars in the processed foods! I have been going through a lot of changes in my personal life and as a result, I have turned to food and more alcohol than normal. When I saw your program being advertised I thought it would be a good way for me to focus on my health and get back on a healthy track. I was looking for suggestions on what I could eat to help me level out my blood sugar and, hopefully, lose weight.
