I'm Afraid to Cook!

"I have to admit, I'm a bit afraid of cooking!"   This was a comment made by Julia, a recent client. Her diet was causing all sorts of problems for her.  We determined that her biggest obstacle to change was eating out! Her diet consisted of take-out or restaurant foods that were high in unhealthy fats, salt, and sugar.  She wasn't getting enough fiber.  She knew she had to change the way she ate but didn't know why she was so resistant.
