
As you probably have already heard me say (many times!) "the food we eat has a direct effect on our health and appearance." Many of my monthly blogs and presentations center around this topic. But as a health coach, I know that there is more to good health than just the food we eat. And, as we quickly enter this Thanksgiving holiday season, I wanted to take a moment to focus on one area of our lives that we tend not to think about often, but it can affect our health and well-being just as much as the food we eat.
