Orange Immunity Boosting Smoothie

2 servings

Ingredients

1 cup Pureed Pumpkin
1 Banana (frozen)
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Ginger
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (plus additional if needed for consistency)
2 Navel Oranges (peeled)
2 tsp Maple Syrup (optional, I don't add)
1-2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (unsweetened, optional, I like Vital Proteins brand) 

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend very well until creamy. If too thick, add more almond milk until desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Pour into glasses (over ice if you would like it colder) and enjoy!
