Apple Cranberry Sauce

This is a healthy raw version of the traditional cranberry sauce.

  • 12 oz. bag of fresh cranberries 
  • 1 large Honey Crisp or other sweet apple, cored and cut into chunks 
  • 10 drops liquid stevia (sweetener) 
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest 1/4 tsp. salt 


  1. Place cranberries and apple in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.  
  2. Combine with stevia, lemon zest and salt  in a medium bowl.  
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes for the flavors to blend.  


Can be made up to 1 week ahead.
