15-ounce can organic garbanzo beans (or 1 1/2 cups cooked)
1 + 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey (or 1 tsp honey or maple syrup with 5 drops stevia)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp sea salt
For savory version: Toss hot chickpeas in a bowl with 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, ½ tsps cumin, 1/8 tsp allspice, ¼ tsp marjoram and 1/8 tsp salt. Continue from #5 above.
