With the holiday season upon us, there will be plenty of sweet temptations. Next time your sweet toothacts up, reach for one of these “raw” little bites. The almonds contain fiber and nutrients. Chia seeds provide proteinand healthy Omega3 essential fatty acids. Without the addition of any processed sugar, your blood sugar levels will remain steady, ensuring consistent energy without the dreaded “crash” afterwards!
These can be made into 1 inch square treats or for a change, roll them into bite-sized balls that you can roll in cinnamon if you choose.
