Paleo Worcestershire Sauce

Regular Worcestershire sauce contains added sugars and emulsifiers.  Try this healthier version from Dr. Axe instead.  It uses coconut sugar which has a naturally low glycemic index so it won't spike blood sugar levels the way other sweeteners might.  This sauce works especially well as an ingredient in my Pork Tenderloin with Apples and Onions recipe!

1 1/2 cups


2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 cup coconut aminos

2 tablespoons coconut sugar

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk until well-combined.
  2. Pour mixture into an airtight container and store in fridge for up to one month.
