1 cup almond milk, or nut milk of choice
2-3 leaves kale, stems removed
1/2 large red or green apple, roughly chopped
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
juice 1/2 lime (about 1 tbsp) OR 1/2 lemon (2 tbsp)
2-3 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth.
Transfer to a cup with straw to enjoy. Pour over a few additional ice cubes, if you would like it a bit colder.
