Greens Salad
• 2 cups green chard, thinlychopped into ribbons
• 2 cups kale, thinly sliced intoribbons (dinosaur kale used)
• 1/2 cup chick peas / garbanzobeans (canned/organic)
• 1/2 cup avocado, diced (+ a fewslices for garnish)
• 1/8 tsp lemon zest
Garnish
• 1 clementine, peeled
• avocado slices
• Olive Oil
Sunny Maple Tahini Dressing
• 1-1 1/2 Tbsp creamy tahini,organic
• 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2-3 tsp maple syrup, or 5 dropsliquid stevia
• a few pinches black pepper
• pinch salt
• pinch cayenne
To serve: Place greens on serving plate. Top with avocado. Add citrus to plate. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
