1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, rice milk, or soy milk
1 ripe banana
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1 cup chopped kale leaves
¾ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
3/4 cup fresh or frozen mango
1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)
small slice of ginger root (1/4” thick)
Add ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
