2 handfuls spinach

1 apple, cored and chopped

1 date, pitted

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/4 teaspoon allspice

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1/2 cup ice


  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If you prefer it colder, add ice and blend again
  4. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks if you wish.
