In this workshop, you will learn about the health benefits and methods of fermenting foods beyond sauerkraut. Bring your own supplies and take home your own fermented vegetables, such as carrots, onions, green beans, parsnips, beets, cauliflower, or pickling (Kerby) cucumbers.
