Make a fermented classic--sauerkraut--and get creative with tasty and nutritious variations. Sauerkraut is the perfect fall food, and it’s nutritious to boot! In this hands-on class, instructor Evey Schweig will explain why fermented foods are so good for you before demonstrating the process of making your own sauerkraut.
