1/2 cup coconut or almond milk, or water
2 frozen bananas
1 large handful of Kale (or more if you prefer)
2 pitted dates (Medjool dates are the sweetest, if using Deglet add 4)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
Put all the ingredients except liquid of choice in a high-‐speed blender, and blend until smooth but not liquid.
If necessary add water to achieve the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
