Make up a large batch of this for fast future breakfast preparation! Use 2-3 tbsp. to make Evey's Breakfast Porridge or sprinkle on fruit or frozen desserts for added crunch and nutrition.
Approx. 18-20 breakfasts!
½ cup whole flaxseed
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
½ cup almond flour (or crushed almonds)
¼ cup chiaseeds
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/4 cup hemp (optional: adds protein, vitamins and minerals)
1/4 cup maca powder (optional: slightly sweet flavor, adaptogen that helps stabilize mood)
3 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
This makes a big batch. Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you want to use it.
