10 minutes plus soaking overnight
Carrot top greens are soaked in water overnight to remove any bitterness!
3 appetizer or side dish servings
1 bunch carrot greens, washed and stemmed
3 tablespoons white sesame seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce1 tablespoon sake (or rice wine)
2-3 drops of liquid stevia or 1 tsp honey to taste
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil or to taste (optional for a stronger sesame flavor)
The best thing about this dish is the flavors improve the longer it sits!
